I twittered across a great article over at agency spy this morning – Tips for Working with Recruiters. While recruiters aren’t really a great option right out of the gate, they can be of great assistence after your first or second gig.
This article follows the No-Wukas Top Recruiters list from November of this year. Agency spy is a great resource, and is really dialed into the happenings of the advertising industry.

That “tips for working with recruiters” article is helpful. There’s another one out there like that I bookmarked – http://www.executiverecruitingfirms.net/?p=57 that’s about how to make executive recruiting firms choose your application.

Not a bad list. It needs to be tweaked a little bit for creative agency application. In fact that might be a good exercise for here on HIGAJIA.
